Like all things BBQ, its always “first come, first serve!” Once its gone, its GONE.. at least until the next day. Pro tip: Don’t sleep on the smoked meatloaf!

About Yearby’s
Yearby's Barbecue and Waterice is a family owned smokehouse started by Sabrina and CJ Henley, known across DFW for serving some of the most distinctive barbecue in North Texas. The restaurant began as a humble food trailer before growing into a destination that regularly draws crowds from all over the metroplex. Their menu features slow smoked brisket, ribs, turkey, and meatloaf along with hearty sides, all prepared using halal standards. Inspired by Sabrina's Philadelphia roots, Yearby's also offers their signature waterice, a refreshing dairy free dessert rarely found alongside Texas style barbecue. The restaurant relocated from Pilot Point to a larger Plano location to meet rising demand and better serve their growing community of regulars. Yearby's has become known not only for exceptional food but also for its warm hospitality and inclusive atmosphere.
